Upgraded to high-temperature EPDM gaskets for our steam recovery heat exchanger (145°C, 1.5 MPa). These have outperformed our old NBR gaskets, which failed due to hardening after six weeks. The new gaskets show no signs of degradation after three months, even with daily steam pressure spikes. The anti-extrusion ribs at the port holes prevent blowout, a critical feature for high-pressure steam service. Excellent durability and a smart upgrade for steam-heated industrial systems.
