The hot feed rubber extruder is used for extruding half-finished rubber products such as inner tubes, tire treads, rim bands, rubber tubes, etc.

  1. 1: The material of the screw is made by 38CrMoAlA nitrogen steel with high quality and the surface is nitrogen and its nature is adjusted. The hardness of the surface is HRC60-65 and the depth is 0.5-0.7mm.
  2. 2: The material of bush is made by 38CrMoAlA nitrogen steel with high quality and the surface is nitrogen and its nature is adjusted. The hardness of the surface for the inner hole is HRC60-65 and the depth is 0.5-0.7mm.
  3. 3: The motor of the equipment is direck current motor with stepless speed regulation. The decelerator is a gear decelerator with cylinder gears of two grades hardness. The precision of transmission is 6 steps.
