Yes. All our Sondex series plates are 1:1 manufactured based on original Sondex official drawings and high-precision 3D scanning data of genuine plates, with fully consistent dimensions, corrugation structure, port size, positioning design, and sealing groove. They can be directly installed on your Sondex plate heat exchanger without any modification, fully compatible with original Sondex gaskets, frames, and assembly parameters, and can be mixed with original Sondex plates in the same unit.

2. What is the difference between 0.5mm thickness plates and other thickness options?

The 0.5mm ultra-thin plate has lower thermal resistance, which can significantly improve the heat transfer coefficient of the heat exchanger, achieving higher heat exchange efficiency with the same heat exchange area.
