How to Use (Operation Steps)
  1. Preparatory Work: Check the machine’s power supply, oil circuit, and temperature control system to ensure all parts are in normal condition. Install the appropriate filter screen according to the rubber material and filtration requirements.
  2. Material Preparation: For hot feed models, pre-heat and knead the rubber material to the required temperature (80–120℃); for cold feed models, directly use normal-temperature rubber lumps or strips without pre-processing.
  3. Start the Machine: Turn on the power, start the temperature control system, and wait until the machine reaches the set temperature (adjust according to the rubber type).
  4. Feeding Operation: Put the prepared rubber material into the feeding hopper, start the forced feeding system, and adjust the feeding speed to match the machine’s output.
  5. Filtration & Screen Change: The rubber material is extruded through the filter screen by the screw, and impurities are retained by the screen. When the screen is blocked, use the hydraulic screen change system to replace the screen quickly (2–5 minutes) without stopping the machine.
  6. Shutdown & Maintenance: After production, stop feeding first, wait for the remaining rubber in the machine to be extruded, then turn off the motor and temperature control system. Clean the machine, check the screen and wearing parts, and maintain regularly.
