1. NR (Natural Rubber) Compound

Characteristics: High elasticity, excellent tear resistance, wear resistance, fatigue resistance, and adhesive properties.

Typical Properties: High tensile strength (15-25 MPa), high elongation (400-800%), wide hardness range (30-90 Shore A).

Applications: Tires, shock absorbers, conveyor belts, hoses, footwear, gaskets, seals.

 

2. SBR (Styrene-Butadiene Rubber) Compound

Characteristics: Good wear resistance, aging resistance, ozone resistance, and processing performance.

Typical Properties: Moderate tensile strength (10-25 MPa), elongation (300-500%), hardness (40-70 Shore A).

3. BR (Butadiene Rubber) Compound
