Working principles
Channels are formed between the plates and the corner ports are arranged so that the two media flow through alternate channels. The heat is transferred through the plate between the channels, and complete counter-current flow is created for highest possible efficiency. The corrugation of the plates provides the passage between the plates, supports each plate against the adjacent one and enhances the turbulence, resulting in efficient heat transfer.

These Diabon graphite composite plates are perfect for our sulfuric acid recovery process. Non-porous and crack-resistant, they handle 98% sulfuric acid at 180°C without corrosion. The fluoroplastic coating ensures chemical compatibility, and the corrugated design maintains a U-value of 1,800 W/(㎡·℃) for low-temperature heat recovery. The plates are lightweight yet rigid, simplifying handling and installation. We’ve extended service life from 2 to 8 years—an excellent investment for corrosive low-temperature processes.
