Our automotive sponge/solid composite seal production has been revolutionized by this dual-head co-extruder. It precisely co-extrudes EPDM solid and sponge profiles in one pass, with a layer thickness tolerance of ±0.02mm. The independent temperature and speed control for each head ensures optimal processing of both materials. The integrated online gauge continuously monitors dimensions, providing real-time feedback to the control system. Changeover between seal profiles is fast, thanks to the quick-lock die system. This machine has eliminated secondary bonding steps, reducing labor costs and improving seal integrity.
